New Ring Frame
The club is very proud that following the purchase of a Ring Frame we now have a complete set of Male & Female Olympic Apparatus.
Thank you to all those that help with fundraising.
 TRAMPOLINING
Orchard Gymnastics continues to expand and following the arrival of a competition trampoline and former Head Coach to Taunton Trampoline Club Victoria Hobbs we are very excited to be starting our trampolining programme in September.
Schools
In conjunction with South East Somerset School Sports Partnership and South Somerset District Council, Orchard Gymnastics has started a new programme of Gymnastics support in Primary Schools throughout the district. The programme will culminate in a series of competitions throughout March.
NOFIT STATE CIRCUS
Squad Gymnasts from Orchard Gymnastics were given the opportunity to train with 'Nofit State Circus' at The Brewhouse Theatre in Taunton and were then invited to appear it the production of 'Parklife' at the County Cricket Ground.
  
A Little about our beginnings...
Orchard Gymnastics was founded in 2008 by Barry & Karen Phelan. Having run pre school & after school classes at schools & village halls throughout South Somerset at venues including Ilchester, Broadway, Langport, Ash & St Michaels. Gymnastics classes soon became over subscribed and the need for a 'proper' club & permanent facility became apparent! Orchard Gymnastics was born and within 12 months were South Somersets largest junior sports club operating from the districts only permanent artistic gymnastics facility....tbc.
