Adult Gymnastics Whatever your level of experience and fitness,  why not come & give it a try? You won't be pressured to do anything dangerous or embarrassing, just learn some basic skills, try out all the equipment and improve your  fitness in a fun and sociable environment. Wednesday 7.30 - 9.00pm £7.00 per class* No need to book....just turn up!  *membership/insurance is payable following 2nd session @ £22.50
