with Enhanced CRB clearance.

     Barry D Phelan  Coaching Director

A former Scottish National Champion and finalist at the 1986 Commonwealth Gymnastics Championships. Previous coaching positions have included Head Coach to the Southern Region Men’s Squad & Senior Men’s Coach of Hampshire Centre of Excellence. Barry has been coach to both Junior and Senior National Champions and was a Great Britain Coach at the 2002 'Euroteam' Championships in France.

            Karen Phelan  Coaching Director

Karen a former gymnast at Southampton Gymnastics Club has coached Pre School, General Gymnastics, Development and Competition Squads at a number of clubs throughout Hampshire and held the position of Senior Womens Coach at Southampton Gymnastics Club.

    Karen has British Gymnastics Coaching qualifications in 

Womens Artistic Gymnastics - club coach - level 3
Pre School Gymnastics & Movement - club coach - level 3
Freestyle Gymnastics - club coach - level 3

  Andrea Earley (Head of General Gymnastics)

Andrea is a former gymnast from the highly acclaimed Andover Gymnastics Club where she trained under the guidance of International Performence Coach Alan Lavell. She trained and competed in Sports Acrobatics, Tumbling, Team Gym and most notably competed internationally
 in Double Mini Tramp.

Andrea is a British Gymnastics level 2 Coach in General Gymnastics 
& a 'BG' Regional level Trampoline Judge.

Lydia Cracknell
(Head of Acrobatics)

Lydia holds BG qualifications in Acrobatics, Trampolining 
and Freestyle Gymnastics.

Victoria Hobbs

(Head of Trampolining)

Victoria is a 'BG' level 3 trampolining coach and a Level 1 Artistic Gymnastics Coach. Prior to taking up her position with Orchard Gymnastics Victoria was Head Coach at Taunton Trampoline Club.

Alex is a 'BG' level 2 coach in General Gymnastics 
& Freestyle Gymnastics.


Esther Cracknell

Esther is a 'BG' level 3 coach in Acrobatic Gymnastics.

Claire is a 'BG' level 1 assistant coach in General Gymnastics.

Owen is a 'BG' level 1 assistant coach in Acrobatic Gymnastics.

Emily is a 'BG' level 1 assistant coach in Acrobatic Gymnastics.
